If you having trouble viewing the certificate or get a blank screen, it means that the browser has timed out when trying to present the PDF file. The certificates are large (about 700K) and take several minutes on a busy or slow line.
If you have trouble the easiest way to fix it is to close ALL of your browser windows. Once the browser is completely shut down, start it back up come back to this page and try again. Hopefull this will get by the bottle neck. Be patient because it can take several minutes to load the certificate on a dial up line.
Some days the server is very busy and gives up. If you wait a minute or two and try again, it will come back.
